Seems very spot-on for traditional style category.

neat of these guys to put out such a clean, interesting, and professional example of the style, no surprise really, they do everything so well, but this isnt a style i would have predicted them to endeavor into. they nailed it, lightly hazy pale yellow and nicely frothy, pure white, lace everywhere. simple in aroma and flavor, delicate sourness, tidy and mineral forward and without a ton of acid, its earthy and grain forward for me long before its moved by any yeast or bacterial elements. i love the dry but flavorful wheat in here, super light in feel but with a ton of character, its awesome. simple beer, but with a lot going on, well more drinkable than most of these, and of a higher quality thats immediately obvious. got to try this with some pretty tasty homemade syrups too, quite traditional that way, but i found them sweet, and actually liked this best on its own. dry and very bubbly and with a clean lemony thing to it with the wheat. sexy and elegant beer, another killer offering from these guys, i wonder if it will be packaged?
