This is for version 7. (Maybe I should add it as a new beer, but there are so few ratings...)
Wow, this one is nice. At the tap room, served in a tulip. Pour is clear dull gold, with a 1/2 finger of bright white head that recedes quickly. Nose is delicate and layered: subtle and light floral notes, moderate bready Pilsner malt, bright orange and grapefruit, and some peach or apricot...everything is balanced, and also pronounced. Taste follows nose. Clean and light bready backbone, and then a really enjoyable hoppy field-day. Minimal bitterness, and a lively mouthful. Finishes dry and clean. Really well-made and enjoyable.
