L: light clear/opaque amber, bubbly, decent head. Fizzles off pretty fast.
S: floral, brett, tart, lemon.
T: Tart, lemon, bretty, earthy, woodsy, hint of funk.
F: dry, crisp.
Overall: light and dry. Refreshing.
This is one of those beers that’s categorized as different styles on different sites. Regardless it’s a very nice ba brett beer in the Belgian tradition.
