A dry hopped blonde ale. Colour is gold, excellent clarity. Mellow hop nose, with sweat malty undertones. A bit like strawberries and honey. Very pleasant. Slightly sweat malt up front flavour wise. Reminiscent of honey and toasted bread. Grassy hops push through, and then it finishes off dry with a lingering hop bitterness. A touch of fruity yeast esters there as well. Light bodied. This is a nice little beer.
