L: pours brilliant straw producing a white champagne like head that quickly dissipates.
S: Apricot, wheat, fruit, floral, the slight funk of over ripe fruit fill the noseĀ
T: tart lemony apricot, moderate fruit flavors, and low malt flavors. The beer leads with apricot and the lemony tart grows as it travels over the tongue. Tartness is medium, high.
F: Apricot Berliner Weisse is light and refreshing with medium high to high carbonation. It has a bit of carbonic bite that accentuates the tartness. This is a nicely done, refreshing Berliner Weisse.

Pours a very light, pale yellow colour, with lots of carbonation (champagne-like). Smells like tart apples, pear, and apricot, with a little funk. Tastes like it smells, tart apples, apricots, pears, crisp, like a dry cider or champagne; quite refreshing.

Pale straw with a little haze, head disappeared as quick as I poured. Really nice apricot nose, a bit of sweet wheat. Sour apricot, a touch of wheat but overall quite sour. Has a light body, pretty strong carbonation. Nice stuff, thanks Ryan!

Thanks to Thomas and Jenny for this one!
Pours a watery pale gold, almost colorless. Nonexistent head, no lace, pretty dull in the looks department.
Aroma is pleasant apricot at first with theater popcorn butter notes as it warms.
A little bit of sulfur too, eh. At least the apricot is the most dominant.
Taste is clean and tart, pleasant apricot taste. Bone dry and nearly nonexistent aftertaste.
Thin bodied and watery. The apricot taste is nice, the body and appearance need work.
