Pours a bright, honey-gold colour, with a faint hazy sheen. Smells like sweet brett, dark cherries, candied pear, white peach, and notes of vanilla. Tastes light, crisp, slightly tart, very clean, mild honey, white peach, candied pear, orange zest, with a little brett-funk finish.
Very light and crisp overall, and deceiving at 11% ABV.
