Yellow, straw colour, clear. White, finely bubbled foam, forms a tall, compact structure, characterised by a long reduction time.
In the aroma, sweet malty notes with pleasant cellar, earthy accents. While the overall aroma is very pleasant it is quite delicate. With time, the aromas become more intense and spice, herbal notes also appear.
Taste in excellent balance, but with a decidedly dry finish. Bitterness with an herbal character. Long, harsh, perhaps even lingering, definitely refreshing.
Medium saturation. Full body. Texture moderately smooth. Aftertaste long, dry, gaining in strength with time.
