Had this as part of a sampler, and though I enjoyed all of the other beers, this one really stood out. Has the rich, deep black color one would expect with a good stout, along with a dark tan head. Smell was of mainly charred cocoa, with some dark fruits mixed in as well. The flavor was very unique....I got the burnt cocoa, chocolate, & raspberry flavors that matched the smell, but there was something else I can't put my finger on. I wish I had gotten a growler of it so I could do further research. The bottom line though is that this was one of the best stouts not named BCBS/KBS/CBS that I've had in quite some time. I highly recommend stopping in for one of these if you're in Ocean City, MD.
