A light American styled lager brewed with CaraCrystal Wheat, Biscuit, and Roasted Barley malts that give the brew a rich amber color. American Simcoe hops were used for flavor and aroma additions. A German lager yeast that ferments clean and malty was used for fermentation.

Pours a clear, pale yellow color. One inch head of a white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight sweet malt, yeast, and very slight citrus. Fits the style of an American Pale Lager. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, pale malt, yeast, and slight hop. Overall, not a bad lager - good blend, good appearance, and easy drinkability.
