A light brown base beer with sweet cherry puree added during the fermentation process.Hopping is low and a our standard Ringwood yeast was used for fermentation. The cherry flavor is mildly assertive in a slightly sweet base beer.

Pours a clear, dark brown color. 1/5 inch head of an off-white color. Decent retention and slight lacing. Smells of black cherries, hint of chocolate, sweet malt, and slight roasted malt. Fits the style of a Fruit / Vegetable beer. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong cherries, hint of chocolate, hint of coffee, slight roasted malt, and sweet malt. Overall, a good cherry beer. I'm not a huge fan of cherries, but I could drink more of this.

A - Poured a clear, brown color with ruby highlights. It had a very small, white head of bubbly foam. No lacing left behind.
S - It smelled like cola - Dr Pepper to be specific. Not much else as far as aroma.
T - Dr. Pepper and sweet bready malts. Little to no hop bitterness. Very unusual.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light bodied ale that has a dry finish.
D - I would not order this one again. I think it was a experiment and it one they need to re-work.
