A: Pours a hazy pale yellow with a thin 1/4-inch thick white head which fades to the rim and leaves spotty lace. Noticed floaties of yeast.
N: Saison yeast, hay/grass, cracked pepper spices, floral, faintly vinous.
T: Follows nose with more floral and herbal overtones and slightly grassy.
M: Light body and light carbonation. Yeasty and black peppery finish.
O: Nice farmhouse style, but was expecting this to be more vinous given the name.
