That's a sour mofo. Pulpy cloudy golden orange body. Big apricot fruit and acidity. Moderate acetic acidity on top of that, plus a bit of oak and slight vinous character. Minimal grainy sweetness. Lighter medium body, good carbonation. Mouthpuckering!

Drank from the bottle a few months after it's 2016 release. The nose on this beer is dominated by a huge amount of apricot. There is a distinct lactic sourness and funk as well but the fruit is the star of the show. The taste still has that huge apricot flavor playing off the medium lactic acidity but the funk is noticeably more pronounced than in the smell. These three main components work well to make a delicious beer that is very complex yet drinkable. Definitely comparable to the big apricot sours in the game in quality if not exact flavor profile.

Bottle.
A: Moderate juicy apricots - quite fragrant, lightly funky, with a lingering sourness.
A: Pale orange-yellow color, opaque, with a thin white head that quickly recedes to a ring around the glass.
T: Moderate juicy apricots, followed by a lightly funky, zippy sourness that lingers through the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Super tasty; the beer has an excellent apricot aroma and flavor and is nicely complimented by a funky, lingering sourness.

this beer is fire. the nice is some sour apricots, looks like some OJ. makes you pucker, fruit is present. This is on par with the big stone fruit sour players in the game.

On tap at Ale Arsenal SFBW. Look: cloudy apple juice. Smell: lacto, lemon, white wine, belgian yeast, citrus. Taste: apricot, zesty lemon, ever so slight hop note, sourness, very slight funk. Feel: great, perfect carbonation, lively feel. Overall: just delicious. Really, really good beer.. Wish I could score a bottle of this! ISO.....
