Had on tap at Lures Bar & Grille. This was by far my favorite out of 5 sour/wild beers from Modern Times. Very complex with spicy notes, grains of paradise, sour, funky, dry white wine, oak tannins, vanilla, and more. Average carbonation and despite all the flavors going on, very drinkable. A spectacular beer.
