Can poured into a Modern Times Beer glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some spotty lacing.
S: Melon, tropical fruit, a little citrus and pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Fruity, melon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and watermelon, tropical fruit, papaya, mango, pineapple, nectarine, and passion fruit, citrus, lemon, and tangerine, a hint of strawberry, a little spicy pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate.
O: Not what I was expecting, but really quite nice. I'm not typically a fan of melon like this, and I'm curious where it came from given the hops this allegedly uses, but overall it's a solid IPA.

16 oz can- Pours very hazy orange with a medium sustaining white head. Aroma is juicy, tropical, mango and tangerine. The flavor is similar, tropical juicy goodness, really well made here. Delicious

Murky, bright yellow color, good head formation, retention, and lacing. Fruity smell, dominated by mango flavors. Taste is coherent to the smell — mangoes, papayas, and no apparent yeast. Really good feel for a NEIPA. This is a very enjoyable NEIPA by Modern Times, especially so considering the price.

After a good flight over at North Park Brewing Company, headed to Modern Times in North Park to review a few beers. This ended up first as Adam gave it a 4.75 the previous day on Untappd, calling it, “Just about ready to move this to the top of the MT haze rankings.” Description called for an “IPA with Simcoe, Denali, Amarillo, & Mosaic.” Was looking forward to it going in with that hop combo.
Poured a golden hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of froth white head when I got it. Light bubbles coming up along the sides of the glass. Excellent uneven lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled Simcoe, Mosaic and Amarillo for sure. Also herbal, viney, dank resin, pine, peppery spice, stone fruit, papaya, bitter tangerine rind, berry and grapefruit. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted better than the nose. Got Mosaic, strawberry milk, Amarillo, bitter tangerine rind, spicy Simcoe, pine, dank resin, papaya, stone fruit, viney berry, herbal and grapefruit. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation. Fruity, bitter finish. (Feel - 4.25)
Just an outstanding hazy beer. (Overall - 4.00)
