8.3% DIPA w/ Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic, yielding an intensely fruity profile. It’s a marvel of juicy dankness with lovely notes of white wine and citrus.

Misc.: Quick review
Ordered this first after stopping by Modern Times after RAW and some food from The Habit. A tweet from Modern Times called it a, “DIPA will be a hazy juice-bomb loaded w/ copious tons of Nelson & Mosaic.” Been really digging Nelson lately and Mosaic is my favorite hop, so was excited to get to try this. Would be a quick review.
Was kind of dark in there, but poured a golden hazy color with 1-to-2 fingers of frothy-to-fizzy head when I got it. Could not see any bubbles. Outstanding uneven foamy lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)
Smelled white wine, Nelson, trashy Mosaic, peach blossom, stone fruit, floral and mango. Appeared to be very boozy. (Smell - 3.75)
Taste was better than the nose. Got Mosaic, caramel, stone fruit, rose blossom, floral, Nelson, white wine, bitter berry, mango and guava. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Oily texture. Lively carbonation. Bitter, boozy finish. (Feel - 4.00)
Just an outstanding New England Style beer. Admittedly not as good as I hoped, but really good. (Overall - 4.00)
