On tap at Modern Times PDX.
Hazy light yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks great. The nose opens with the excellent dey hop character with lemondrop, melon, kaffir lime.leaf, light honey, a really nice grain note, lightly toasty, mildly straw like. Wondeful soft funk. The palate opens tart with a mild lactic sourness along with the rather huge dry hop character that lends wondeful lemon, lime and melon notes with minimal bitterness and grassy notes. Great mellow Brett funk. Funky on the finish with a blend of clove and white pepper that pairs quite brilliantly with the dry hops. Truly inspired.
