We brewed this delightfully hoppy pils with generous amounts of precious Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic hops over a delicate & restrained malt backbone. The result is a seriously magical adult beverage that’s both silly-crushable and bursting with beautiful aromas of blueberry, mango, white grape, and lychee underscored by just a hint of malt sweetness. It’s a sunlit, bucolic meadow in liquid form, and your taste-buds are free to frolic.

This is a "Hazy Pilsner" per the can, and it's pretty dang hoppy. I loved it...here's a quick overview:
This beer stands somewhere between a hazy pale ale, a saison (without the funk), and a pilsner in terms of it's light body and dry finish. It is hoppy, and I love the two hops they used here: Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic, and I love the pillow mouthfeel that lets the lemon zest, lychee, and light white grape profile shine through.
It'd be dangerous if I had too much of this stuff around! Well done MT!

Canned 5/9/22. A frothy white tow fingers of white foam sits atop a pale gold body with excellent clarity; excellent cap retention; medium heavy lacing and heavy ring. Nose is somewhat dank tropical fruit and grape must. Semi sweet biscuit with a schmear of lychee jam; mild grapefruit; part pineapple parts passion fruit and papaya; mild earthy grape must finish. Light body, crisp minus feel; moderate minus carbonation. Overall an awesome tasting beer; the Mosaic plays nice with the Nelson Sauvin which holds up its own end without being skunky or cat pissy on the nose; the beer looks beautiful, but a minor deduction on appearance because “clearly” this beer is not hazy.

A hazy pilsner? Sounds like an oxymoron.
The body is the same color as the can, but more translucent. Big white head on this one with awesome retention and pretty impressive lacing.
Aromas of asian pear, mango, pineapple, white peach and lemon with undertones of passion fruit, chamomile and white tea.
Very smooth, but it's hard to pin down the taste. It's almost like an unfiltered sake.
And the texture is somewhat like that, but lighter and bubbly.
Overall it's a unique and very good brew. Should it be called a pilsener? I'm not so sure. Prost!

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of gooseberries and stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of citrus along with notes of green grapes and gooseberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner was very easy to drink and had some interesting aromas and flavors from the hops.

Picked up a 16 oz can from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler 3-3-20 for $2.99. Canned on 12-24-19; consumed 5-5-20. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured a cloudy golden with a nice white head that has some good hang time.
Nose has notes of white grapes, oranges, and gooseberry.
Taste is nice but not traditional. White grapes, oranges, and gooseberry combine nicely with malts that provide a liquid bread . Finishes well balanced; 5/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and somewhat refreshing.
Overall an enjoyable beer that i would call a india pale lager that drinks like an APA. Fun concept but not to the identified style.

Was all in on this one as soon as I saw it making its way through the social media stratosphere. Their website said, “We brewed this delightfully hoppy pils with generous amounts of precious Nelson Sauvin & Mosaic hops over a delicate & restrained malt backbone. Poured a medium yellow semi-clear color with 5-to-6 fingers of rocky white head, gently overflowing over the rims of the glass. Lots of fast moving bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. World-class uneven foamy lacing. Perfect retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled a nice mix of hops and pilsner malt. In order got Nelson, herbal, white grape, pilsner malt, Mosaic, ripe mango, pine, viney berry and lingering earthy malt. A little sharper out of the can with Nelson still leading the way. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted a little better than the nose. In order got Nelson, white grape, herbal, viney berry, ripe mango, Mosaic, pine, stone fruit, hay and citrus zest. (Taste - 4.25)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt, dry finish. (Feel - 4.00)
I so wanted this to be Timbo Pils by Highland Park, but that beer is tough to replicate. This is still excellent. (Overall - 4.25)

16oz can poured into a Sam Smith nonic.
A: Chill-hazed clear straw with a massive white head.
S: More fruity than I was expecting, generically tropical, hints of melon and white grape, crackery malt underneath BUT it certainly doesn't hit like a pilsner - more like an IPA.
T: More like an IPA (or a hopped-up pale lager) here as well - hop fruitiness and moderate hop bitterness are the first notes on the palate. Fairly clean pilsner finish showcasing the light body and grain bill. Impressions of melon rind and lemon-y citrus fruit.
MF: Light bodied and crisp,
O: A crushable pils with great hop character. Good stuff.
