Prepare to experience critical levels of refreshment. We brewed this Italian-style pils with Weyermann's Bohemian Pilsner malt and a sprinkling of Carafoam before hopping with some lovely German Tettnang & Hallertau Mittlefruh hops and lagering at 32 degrees. The end result is both insanely quaffable and delightfully complex, with notes of biscuit, orange peel, black tea, and fresh floral undertones. We’re pretty hyped on it; here’s hoping you are, too.

Ordered this on Sept. 5 in the first Saturday special release of September. The email description for this read, “Prepare to experience critical levels of refreshment. Poured a straw-to-pale yellow clear color with one finger of off-white fizzy head, which dissipated quickly. Could see some bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. Poor lacing. Very bad retention. (Sight - 2.75)
Smelled biscuit, herbal, tea, berry, floral, orange peel, grass and citrus zest. Even better out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)
Tasted about as good as the nose, maybe slightly below. In order got biscuit, herbal, tea, peppery spice, sourdough bread, orange peel, berry, floral, grass and citrus zest. (Taste - 4.00)
Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Clean, crisp finish. So good going down. (Feel - 4.75)
Outstanding overall. This really grew on me each sip. (Overall - 4.00)
