375 ml bottle at share. Cloudy pour, pale golden, almost flat. Grape-y aroma and taste, abit of red, a bit of white. Kind of dry. Fruity, musty, enough tartrness.

pretty epic stuff here, neat its a series, would love to try some other editions. this is a funky blend of saisons and sours, lots of oak, and for this edition peaches, cherries, and of course wine grapes, just so flavorful, unique on the ferment, lively, and refined. these guys still kill it in terms of quality, no matter what has become of their business overall. golden yellow color, good carbonation and a slow fading inch of airy white head. nose with moderate pucker to it, flavor decently acidic, well hidden alcohol to both senses, and lots of wood on it, between fruity wine and vanilla new oak tones, flashes back and forth. all the fruit is cool, and neat that the roussanne grape factor is most forward in aroma and flavor too, mouthwatering tannins, bacterial tang seems to love the grapes, floral and with light berry notes, nice with the oak and the funk too, great synergy. way more peach than cherry, both juicy, but i get the sweet peach before the cherry twang, both subservient to the wine and sangria mission which is cool. heaps of oak heavies this slightly, but the malt base is light and the effervescence really helps it drink. the ferment slays, thats what i love the most, even some green bottle ancient weirdness to it, good bottle conditioning it seems, everything about this is intentional and smart and dialed in. another banger of a saison type from modern times, i cant get enough! need to score the others in this series!
