1 QUART CROWLER
Served in a can glass
A - It is a golden color and clear. It is capped with a couple inches of off-white head with no lacing.
S - I smell some dank hops and green vegetables.
T - The taste reminds me of greens. There is a metallic taste as well. The hops leave a slight bitterness.
M - Medium
O - I fear this crowler may have been improperly filled. It seems skunked. I had another crowler of a different beer last night from the same day, and it was fantastic. They were busy, so it may have been hastily filled, or it didn't hold up well over a couple weeks.

A really crisp pale ale pilsener, it's light and refreshing but not bold or complex, and it's more likely to be enjoyed when considering it a pilsener than a pale ale. Very crisp with aromas and flavors of wheat, grain, sweet malt and a bit of hops, the latter of which generates floral and citrus flavors. Starts off fairly sweet and finishes moderately bitter. Going down easy, it's no Truth but it is tasty for being so light. Overall, a very drinkable summer beer that makes up for the thin mouthfeel with adequate carbonation and some nice flavors that combine the pilsener and pale ale characteristics.
