I bought a bottle of this from the beer store just around the corner. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had faint flower. The taste was evenly balanced and easy to drink. There was some potpourri. The Mouthfeel was medium in body with smooth carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer just wanted more scent.

Teaming up with local organic wheat from Blue Oven Farms, the Rhinegeist brewers gets to work on one of their favorite styles- the Belgian-style saison for a beer of fruit, spice and wrapped in a soft wheaten envelope.
Mildly hazy and bright straw, the beer sheds a creamy white froth to adorn the rim. The billowing scent of fresh baked bread sets the tone while softer citrus, orchard fruit and earthy spice play a supporting role with understated complexity. Its taste is bready-sweet with a mild notion of the pillowy softness of angel-food cake.
The farmhouse ale begins to unfold on the tongue, relaxing its malt, grain and cereal sweetness. With its light dryness taking hold, the light tangy fruit flavors of orange, lemon and apple begin to stand out while a finish of light clove, white pepper and cumin assist the grassy hops for a bittering balance of earth and spice.
Mild and creamy, the saison finishes with slightly more weight and strength than table beer, but subdued in the full dried fruit flavor, leading spice and vinous wine tones. Its playful acidity offsets the creaminess of wheat while its aftertaste is moderately zesty with fruit acidity and spicy, grassy hops.
