As a drinker of Sanpellegrino blood orange rossa I absolutely loved this beer so bright and citrus based good tart blood orange and an almost sugary sweet finish. I think the weird part is its supposed to be brewed with blood orange but the color is a very light yellow almost clear. If I can ignore this its a very tasty fruit based beer I would love to get again!

L: I drank it straight out of the can, so I’m just guessing on the appearance.
S: Smells extremely fragrant. Fruity and pleasantly acidic, but not boozy.
T: Tart, juicy, and bursting with loads of fruit flavor. This runs the whole gamut of tropical fruit flavors, including apple, mango, tangerine, pineapple, and even a bit of nectarine and banana. Faint toasty notes and small hop presence balance things out. You would think from my description this drinks like some sort of soda, but you’d be wrong. This still has all the subtle qualities to remind you this is an ale.
F: Crisp, and very well carbonated. Remarkably refreshing, one of my favorite beers for a hot summers day. This MUST be drank cold.
O: This is underrated. This isn’t necessarily an ale to save for a special occasion, but something to savor after a hard day’s work. Excellent for its style!

Purchased as a single can from Kroger for $1.69. Poured into a tulip glass.
L - Pours a vibrant gold with a thin one-finger pearl head.
S - Strong mango and grass notes. Some white grape and granny smith peel, as well. Faint ethanol.
T - Mango, honey, and tart red delicious are the front for what lies ahead for this beer. As it opens up, mandarin orange and bready notes take the stage. Ends with an almond finish. No bitterness - very sweet with enough tartness to round everything out.
F - Syrupy, light carbonation. Easy-to-drink for sure.
O - I've become prone to enjoying nearly anything Rhinegeist puts out at this point. This beer is no exception. Great on a hot day such as today, and not filling whatsoever. Fantastic example of the Fruit and Field style. Will definitely buy again.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly clear light golden pour. 2 fingers of fizzy white head... falls fast... decent lacing.
S: Fruity... orange/apple and mango, just like the can says.
T.F: Sweet and fruity. Orange, apple, and mango. Tropicals... fruit punch. Light bodied... fizzy carbonation.
O: A fruit punch cider/beer. Tasty... easy pool fare. Your non-beer drinking friends will love it.
