A 330ml bottle with a date that says 'Best After' April 2017. Not quite sure how to interpret that. Acquired ages ago from the Brewdog webshop and stored in a box. The label describes it as a Summer ale brewed with 100% pilsner malt and hopped with citrusy hops to give an aromatic fruity character.
A: Poured into a tulip. Bottle conditioned. A bright, hazy golden-amber colour with fine suspended sediment and intense carbonation. Produces a huge head of creamy white foam with good retention; this slowly reduces to a persistent surface layer. Nice lacing.
S: Aroma of fruity hops with hints of white fruits, berries, melon, white grape, subtle citrus, earthy yeast, pale malt and a touch of stewed hops in the background. Quite nice, though seems a tad faded.
T: Tastes of light, fruity hops with notes of berries, white grape, melon, mild citrus, vague white fruits, ale yeast, earthiness, pale malt and a hint of stewed hops. Perhaps a twinge of oxidation in the background. Pretty dry, followed by a delicate hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with lively carbonation and good body for the style. Lightly astringent. Aftertaste of subtle aromatic hops, mild fruitiness, earthy yeast and pale malt.
O: A decent brew, though probably a bit too old. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are a balanced blend of aromatic hops, earthy yeast and subtle malt. Nice body. Drinkable but the hop character seems rather faded - almost certainly better fresh. Worth sampling if you come across it.

I labelled Sunshine as an APA because of the multitude of citrusy hops. Sessionable, refreshing. But I ordered it with dinner. My mistake. No review
