Clear golden amber in the big tulip. A very brief head evaporates to a nearly flat brew. This tastes like Shock Top. Well a really big version like a Quadrupel Shock Top, which would make it a Half Belgian Pale Ale. Or something like that.
Pleasing bitter tang that dries out the sweet malt. Spicy and fruity without being too sweet. Tangy with a little scratch of dry yeast. Distinct coriander flavor. I wonder what else they put in this. Strangely enough, the brewer rates this at 42 IBU. On tap at 57 Degrees at Washington and Kettner.
