Twin Tail is a hop forward beer. Cascade, Amarillo, and Centennial hop give a piney, floral and orange citrus aromas and flavors supported by a light toasted malt character ending in a dry finish and a pleasant lingering bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Comes a mostly clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, and malt. Taste is grapefruit, lemon, pine, and malt. Decent IPA.

Cloudy, reddish-orange body with a thin, bubbly head; fair splotches of foam clinging to the glass. Some pine and citrus notes to the aroma. Nice biscuit tone to the flavor with additions of orange and tangerine. Medium-heavy body; perhaps a tad flat; mostly dry finish.
A respectable American IPA that doesn't set any new standards for anything, yet delivers a solid, refreshing beer experience.
