A clean, crisp, well-balanced beer with subtle hop character. Subdued toasted malt & light fruitiness balances with the noble hops finishing well-attenuated & refreshing.

Clear, golden yellow body; sparse carbonation; head initially about two-fingers thick, fades to about half-height yet remains persistent. Very nice cracker and bread crust nose. Light malt flavor; mineral; moderate hop bitterness; light herbal note, thyme. Medium body; crisp and dry.
The brewery has a fine flagship beer with this offering.

Partial to stouts, but this kolsch after a hard day of training hits the spot.
