12 oz can, dated 2/6/20 (eeesh), into Dogfish Head Nonic.
A can gifted from a friend
Appearance is unfiltered - hazy bordering on juicy - with a creamy cap of 1 finger, receding quickly to a thick ring leaving sparse lacing.
Aroma is light and slightly watery; lemon and grapefruit among a field of hop spoilage, with slight thyme and lemongrass. Reminds me a bit of those 100 calorie IPAs.
Flavor is holding up much better than I expected; there's quite a bit of pithy orange and melon, with slight weedy notes and some lemongrass. A bit of cardboard/oxidation, and a finish of lemon and lavender.
Feel is crisp and hard, very seltzer-y, with a good amount of pleasant oily resins that coat the tongue. Alcohol heat is perceptible in the gut and the throat. It comes off a bit too fierce. That could be due to its time in the can.
Overall, one of the better year-old IPAs I've had (check your dates kids!), and it's something I'd be willing to try again fresh if I found it in the wild.

Pours a deep gold with good clarity; rocky white head; ok cap retention; solid ring; soapy lace with agitation. Lemongrass and light pine nose. Lemongrass, bitter grapefruit peel, earthy pine hops; light but firm malt base. Medium light body, moderate carbonation; no hop astringency; a tad sticky in the feel. Pleasant bitter hop linger, a very enjoyable WCIPA; I could drink these all day long.

12oz can, canned on 13 DEC19. Served in a pint glass.
Look- Clear golden amber color. Small off-white head that recedes quickly to a ring of foam, spotty lacing. Moderate carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Pithy citrus (grapefruit and lemon), bready malt, a bit of honey, wet pine and floral/grassy notes.
Taste- Much like the aroma pithy citrus, malt and pine, lingering light hoppy bitter finish. Nicely balanced.
Feel- Medium bodied, dry and pretty crisp. Medium carbonation on the tongue.
O- A respectable old school west coast style IPA. Worth checking out.

Clear and golden body; lively carbonation producing a decent sticky and frothy head; rings of foam and lacing along the glass. Nice malt aroma with an earthy, slightly pungent hop scent. Well-balanced flavor juggling light malt with a mildly spicy hop presence; light bread crust. Medium body; crisp and gently carbonated on the palate; mainly dry throughout.
This is another quality, journeyman IPA from Red Leg. Nothing trend setting, but definitely pleasurable and enjoyable. A fine example along the classic west coast IPA styling.
