Pours a clear and very dark brown color, appears black and opaque in the glass; thick, light brown head, very long lasting. Very pleasant aroma combination of dark chocolate and cinnamon. Outstanding taste; mimics the aroma; excellent chocolate sweetness; balanced cinnamon spiciness; light yet complementing bitterness; sense of coffee. Heavy body; slick and silky on the palate.

For a pastry stout, this thing is nicely balanced and complex without undue sweetness and heaviness.
