Brewed with Czech Saaz hops, which provides subtle spiciness to the overall flavor. Malt-forward, with notes of biscuit, cracker and bread. Refreshing and crisp.

Golden in color. Nice white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is malty, bready. Taste is like no other pilsner I have tried before. Not sure what I taste, but it is refreshing. Little bits of bitterness, but not too much. Semi-dry finish.

Pours out a crystal clear, light gold color and infused with dense, lively carbonation; thick, white head, dense and semi-creamy with a softly rolling hill top. Very nice aroma of biscuit and lightly spicy hops; delicate grass-like element. Clean taste; very light malt flavor; medium-light hop bitterness; zesty spiciness. Smooth and medium-light mouthfeel; soft on the palate; subtle dryness at the finish.
This is a well-crafted and easy drinking pilsner. The mouthfeel is exquisite, full and rounded. A great little beer.
ABV: 5.2%; pouring temperature: 54 °F; canning info: 04/03/24
