12 oz can poured into pint glass. A lot of foam when pouring. Mild to bitter taste. Not my favorite Hazy

12oz can obtained recently from a local CSA, but no date on the can that I can see.
Pours light yellow, lightly hazy, about three fingers of coarse head that starts to settle into a very rocky, clumpy pile. Smell is slightly spicy and leans a little toward cut greens and citrus with a noticeable doughy/yeasty aroma.
Taste is definitely toward the cut greens and lemon. A little bit of a soapy/herbal note.
Mouthfeel is light, airy, and dry. Overall, it's not bad.
