Look: Pours and opaque orange with hints of gold. Pours with a 1 1/2 finger fluffy white head with good retention. Five minutes after the pour and there is still a small head 1/4 fingers across the top of my glass.
Smell: Fresh light pine, with a touch of caramel and grass.
Taste: Muted front end. I was surprised by how strong the malt comes through in the middle. Lemon and pine take over on the back end. A little bit tart on the aftertaste.
Feel: Medium bodied with high carbonation.
This beer doesn't overkill on the hops but yet it left me with a bit of heart burn. I'd give it a B-

Tastes of caramel, oranges, black pepper, pine and a long, lingering, dull bitterness.
Medium to light body with little carbonation.
Got in Stratford, drinking in New Hamburg, July 12th, 2018.

473ml can
6.5% ABV
Main/Bronte LCBO Outlet (Milton, Ontario, Canada)

$3.15
The beer pours a hazed orange gold colour with a rocky tan coloured head which recedes to little island formations. Aroma is fruity hops, a little citrus, and grainy malts. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is hard to describe, a jolt of soapy bitterness up front and nothing in behind. Not worth another try.

Rarely do I pour a beer in the sink, but it was the case with this one. Date on can is of 13/12/17. Hops were floral with a strong skunky taste that overpowered them. Might be a bad batch or can. Really dissapointed.

Got this one at the LCBO this past summer.
From a 16oz can into a pint glass
IBU: 60
APPEARANCE: Pours a two finger, looser, foamy white head with good retention. Hazy gamboge orange body with higher levels of carbonation evident. Head slowly fades to a full foamy cap and leaves some foamy lacing. A full cap remains until the end leaving some decent lacing down the glass as it empties.
SMELL: Medium strength nose of melon, grassy hops, lemon , grapefruit and notes of hay on the nose.
TASTE: Pale malts, grassy hops, melon notes and lemon up front. Grapefruit and grassy flavors at the swallow with a bold and lingering finish of bitter grassy hops, hay flavors, as well as some lemon and grapefruit citrus character. Bitter grapefruit with a hay and grassy character.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Creamy on the palate, goes down smooth and finishes a bit dry. Lots of bitterness lingers.
OVERALL: Okay, but quite bitter for the sake of being bitter and the hay quality isn’t my kind of thing. Definitely run of the mill for the style and not something I’d be looking to re-visit anytime soon.

Rich gold colour, short head settles to a persistent cap that trails nice lace all the way. Some hops on the nose, but not really an aromatic beer. Hoppy, slightly dry and puckering before giving way to juicy. Enough malt to balance things out. Drinkable, but anonymous.

Can - a pale hazy gold IPA with modest heading - aromas are demure but you get some floral, some grins and light grassiness. Flavor is more pronounced with malt and hops in balance biased toward the hopping - clan finish increased bittering - a serviceable IPA but nothing stands out in a sea of Craft IPAs

473 mL can from the LCBO; packaged Jun 9 2017 and served well chilled.
Pours a foggy golden-blonde colour, with its complexion clouded up by the presence of countless tiny sediment particles. One finger of soapy, frothy white head slowly recedes from existence over the next five-plus minutes, eventually leaving behind a thick, creamy collar and lumpy cap, in addition to a delicate, even coat of lacing. Lookin' good. Aromas of earthy pine resin, dank herbs and floral hops are detectable, as well as subtle caramel and bready pale malt sweetness. There's faint suggestions of muddled citrus and pineapple juice, too, but for the most part this is not what I would describe as a particularly aromatic IPA.
A good effort; bready malts and caramelized sugar sweetness help to counter the hoppier facets of the flavour (which naturally intensify towards the back end). Orange citrus, together with slight hints of cantaloupe and pineapple, are overtaken mid-sip by earthy, pine resin and floral hop bitterness which finish out the profile. Light notes of tropical fruit mingle with the latent bitterness of the aftertaste, which does not persist for more than a second or two. Medium-full in body, with moderate carbonation levels and a smooth, lush, somewhat creamy texture.
Final Grade: 3.75, eking out a B+. Edison's Peep Show is a pretty decent IPA - and as an unabashed hophead, it's safe to say that this is my favourite of the three Bell City products which have thus far managed to secure some LCBO shelf space. That being said, there are literally more than a dozen 'great-to-excellent' American IPAs available here in Ontario these days, and I'm not so sure that this 'merely good' one does much of anything to help itself stand out from the pack. I'm sure I'll return to this one in the future at some point, and would probably say it's worth a try if you're a curious hophead, but if this beer were a literal peep show it would only be mildly titillating.
