Copenhagen 17/1 2020. 75 cl bottle made out to look like a wine bottle from Den Belgiske Ølbutik, Jyllingevej, Vanløse. The usual garden gnome with a red cap collecting grapes printed on the bottle.
Pours slightly unclear, amber with a fairly big white head. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is tart with a moderate sweetness lurking in the background. Unripe grapes, goose berries providing tart, vineous sourness. Light sweetish touch of sugar and malts.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger tart, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Leading to a semi-dry finish.
Brasserie d’Achouffe succeeds in creating a beer with straits from a bottle champagne . The result is an intense, sweet, vinous fluid.

Bottle: Poured a hazy brown/reddish color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet Belgian malt with some rosé grapes notes also clearly perceptible. Taste is also a mix of sweet Belgian malt notes with some vinous notes with lightly sweet rosé grapes notes. Body is full with excellent carbonation. I wasn't sure the mix between rosé and beer would work but this is actually quite spectacular.

Bought at Cafeeke, served at home in a flute glass.
Orange colour, big head with long retentionsmall lace.
Aroma is malty, flowers, oranges, , grapes, red fruits, a bit of candy.
Light body, thin but sticky texture, normal carbonation.Dry finish.
Taste ofgrapes, oranges, red fruits, wine, sugar.
To me, a beast of a beer, joining beer with winte, it makes a perfect aperitif.
Subtle, delicate, appetizing.

From hopt.es. In Teku glass.Playing Clash Force, then watching Blade Runner 2049. At first it seems the grapes touch is soft and elegant, but in the secound pour it starts to become a bit tiresome. Watery body
