650ml bottle into nonic pint. "our beers are best drank fresh but remain delicious in the bottle for three months from the day they are purchased" which was sep 19 2015

a: opaque amber with a finger of off-white head

s: big roased/burnt malt aromas (toast, nuts, coffee, cocoa) with floral hop notes and some sweet buttered bread touches

t: toast, coffee, cocoa, oats, roasted nuts. bitter, floral hop finish with lingering coffee and cocoa notes. akin to having bitter black coffee

m: good medium-minus mouthfeel with ample carbonation

o: a really nice ESB. the malt-forward-ness of it is tasty but tamed strongly by the hop bitterness

Package: 650 ml bottle.

Appearance - Milky light brown.

Smell - Grainy bitter.

Taste - There is a perfect balance in this ESB of grains and bitterness. I taste burnt/brown malt, oatmeal, light wheat, and bitters. I can say is that you won't find a better one domestic or imported.

Mouth-feel - So GD good.

Overall - This is the BEST ESB I have ever had. When this comes out I buy a lot. This is the go to ESB, and I recommend it to all! This is hands down my favourite beer from 5 Paddles.

Bravo!
