Served on tap into a goblet.
A- Poured a semi-hazy golden color with very small white soapy head that dissipated instantly and left no lace.
S- Very light aroma with some notes of lemon and bread.
T- BIg lemongrass, belgian yeast, spicy and peppery notes with moderate bitterness.
M- Soft carbonation, dry, and medium body.
O- Really easy drinking saison that has lots of lemongrass character as advertised and is balanced with a spicy yeast presence.

750 ml bottle. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a hazy orange/amber color with about an inch and half frothy white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells like lemongrass, peppery spice, grainy/wheat malt, and some herbalness. I think the taste pretty much follows the aroma, with a good balance in strength between the lemongrass, peppery spice and grain/wheaty flavors. There's also a fruity taste noticeable too, an apple-like flavor. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit coating with a decent amount of soft carbonation. I think it's a refreshing and enjoyable saison. This is the third Actual Brewing beer I've had so far, and I've liked everything from this local brewery so far. Definitely worth a try if you come across some. $8.99 a bottle.
