I see this beer is added as an IPA. At the time of my visit, this beer was regarded as an APA, not IPA which seems more fitting. Probably just batch variation but anyway...the brew appears a hazy golden color with an off-white cap. Some pathcy lace hang to the glass as the cap fades.
The aroma is somewhat floral with a dusty grain inclusion and something that seems very soapy and off. There is a touch of green yeastiness felt across the back.
The flavor too is a bit soapy and almost chlorinated with some dirty melon fruit character like cantaloupe and grassy to herbal hops but with a low-key bitterness. The flavors here really dont meld well together and this brew tastes unconditioned, green and young.
This is a medium bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. This was not that good and well, the worst in the lineup that I got to try during my visit. Not offensive by any stretch, just tasted young and too yeasty to enjoy more than just a sample of.
