Brasserie O'Neil "Fruit Rouges - Cassis"
€5,20 / 40cl on tap at the brewery/restaurant on 21 June 2018
Notes: Dark ruby colored body beneath a creamy head of bright white. The aroma is sweet and fruity, clearly of cassis. The flavor follows but it's not too sweet. There's a subtle acidity and a surprising amount of bitterness that lingers into the finish. Medium bodied and dextrinous with a soft, median carbonation. Interesting.

A bit sweet, but not altogether as artificial as one might fear.
