American IPA chock-full of “juicy” Australian Galaxy Hops and a touch of Australian Vic Secret Hops and fermented with our expressive ale yeast. Packaged in its purest form, unfined and unfiltered.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Bright tropical and stone fruit, zesty citrus, grassy, a hint of resinous pine, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical and stone fruit, pineapple leads, followed by apricot, passion fruit, mango, and peach, some citrus, tangerine, lemon lime, and grapefruit, a hint of southern hem diesel, a little resinous pine, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: Really enjoyed this one. Great flavor combo, super refreshing. Definitely a contender for my favorite from New Glory.

Canned release of 11/01/17
Appearance - Pours with a slight haze and golden yellow in color with a white, near two-finger width head. Good retention, resulting in a thin, broken layer of suds and a fair ring around the edge of the glass.
Smell - Aroma hits on notes of mild peach, passionfruit, pineapple, faint citrus and a hint of spice.
Taste - Flavor profile opens up with passionfruit and mild peachiness and a touch of pineapple bite. Faint floral and leaf emerge mid-taste. A touch of citrus pith bitterness can be found on the finish. Maybe some lychee in there? White bread sweetness sits beneath. Aftertaste lingers with a slight acidity and that pithy bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with moderate carbonation. Easy drinker with a slightly chalky, semi-dry finish.
Overall - A good NE-style IPA. I prefer mine with a bit more bite, though.
