Appearance - Pours mostly clear and golden yellow in color with a white, quarter-finger width head. Fizzes away rather quickly, revealing a barren surface with a thin ring around the edge of the glass.
Smell - Citrusy hops with mild, fruity tartness that hits on white grape with a hint of green apple, and some funk.
Taste - Follows the nose. Lightly tart, fruity notes of apple and white grape. Mild spice and funk. Mid-taste hits on some moderate citrus flavor - notes of orange and lesser grapefruit. Finish is a mix of the aforementioned characters, though funk and citrus character are most prominent, particularly as they linger long into the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with moderate, bitey carbonation. Crisp, mostly dry finish makes this an easy drinker.
Overall - Interesting brew. To describe it simply, it'd be like taking a saison and mixing it with a touch of clean IPA and a bit of sparkling white wine. I like it, but I don't think I'd buy it again, at least not a 4-pack. Maybe a single.

16oz tallboy can, served in a teku glass. Pours a slightly cloudy golden orange body, one finger white head, good retention, a bit of lacing, thin collar. Smell is intense cobweb and a bit of sulfur; it could be offputting at first if you weren't expecting a funkier type saison. The mosaic brings a nice tapioca and grapefruit with a bit of orange citrus as well. It's certainly an interesting aroma, but the sulfur is a bit too strong here. Flavour is less of the mosaic and more of a tamer farmhouse than the nose would have you think; grapefruit, touch of citrus zest, light graininess, cereal and a hefty sulfuric dose on the backend. I've had a taste of geothermal water from Iceland and it has a bit of that hefty sulfur. It's definitely a bit bothersome. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, good carbonation with a sulfuric finish.
