Really nice job. Looked at this beer three times and was like I should at least try it and. ... it actually not bad, well pretty good. There is some nice acidity to go with the sweetness of the beer. It actually does resemble the pie. It was dark when I was drinking it so I can't tell you what it looks like. The body on this was light for a sweeter beer maybe due to the lactose. I couldn't have more than one but everyone should try one.

Appearance - Pours somewhat clear and golden yellow in color with a white, quarter-finger head that fizzes away within seconds, revealing a mostly barren surface with a thin ring of suds around the edge of the glass. A few tiny spots constitute the lacing.
Smell - Prominent lemon aroma - more Eureka lemon than your standard sour store bought lemon. Hints of vanilla cream and graham cracker sit beneath, but both blossom nicely as the brew warms up.
Taste - Follows the nose. Lemon flavor that is both sweet and tart is the predominant flavor throughout, with hints of whipped vanilla cream and a sweet, slightly toasty graham cracker base make up the bulk of the flavor profile. Just a hint of savory saltiness. Finishes much the same, though the vanilla fades in lieu of lingering lemon tartness and graham cracker character.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with moderate, slightly bitey carbonation. Slick texture with a smooth, easy and slightly dry finish.
Overall - A very easy brew to review and describe - not because of simplicity, but for the precision of the flavors they were after. This is so close to 'lemon merinque pie' in a can that it begs to be sampled alongside an actual lemon meringue pie. Unlike some gimmicky beers, this one would be easy to drink several of in one sitting without getting tiresome. Well done, New Glory. I hope the Key Lime Gose is right around the corner, because this one's got me craving it.
