Got the munchies? We’ve got you, fam! This tasty creation is just like an ooey gooey, super dense, rainbow-sprinkle-topped brownie on steroids. It’s ultra “thicc” and comes in strong with flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and toasty nuttiness. You may be asking, “Did you infuse actual ooey gooey brownies in this bad boy?” Heck yes we did!

Misc.: Bottled on April 15, 2021; Bottle reads 13.0 pct. ABV
Went to Windmill Farms to grab some stuff for Chad and $113 later I had way too much beer. This one stood out to me. New Glory’s website called it “Got the munchies? We’ve got you, fam! It’s ultra “thicc” and comes in strong with flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and toasty nuttiness. You may be asking, “Did you infuse actual ooey gooey brownies in this bad boy?” Heck yes we did!” Untappd’s description, meanwhile, was “American Imperial Stout brewed with toasted hemp seeds and lactose and conditioned on cacao nibs and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.”
Poured a pitch-black color with two fingers of dark khaki tan frothy-to-fizzy head. Could see a few bubbles coming up toward the top of the glass. Good watery lacing. Bad retention. (Sight - 3.50)
Smell initially wasn’t that impressive. Super boozy for sure, getting all that 13 pct. ABV. Got brownie, Baker’s chocolate, cacao, dark fruit, oaky barrel and vanilla. Much better out of the bottle. (Smell - 3.75)
Taste was a tad better than the nose, but not anything terrific from the beginning. Got brownie batter, Baker’s chocolate, cacao, vanilla, dark fruit, oaky barrel, hints of caramel and plum. Certainly less boozy on the taste than the nose. (Taste - 3.75)
Full body. Creamy-to-sticky texture. Average carbonation. Long, somewhat smooth finish. Definitely the best part of the beer. (Feel - 4.50)
A little bit of a letdown, especially for the price, but still very good. May have overrated this slightly though. Probably won’t have again. (Overall - 3.75)

From tasting notes 04/22/19
Had on tap at New Glory Beer in Sacramento, CA
Appearance - Served up in a 10.5 oz tulip, black with cola brown edging. Fair lacing with broken webbing, lines and some spotting.
Smell - Deep chocolate aroma with ranging from milk chocolate to some bittersweetness. Mild roast. Faint vanilla. Some booze.
Taste - Chocolate cake and fudgy notes upfront, then vanilla emerges. Roast and toasty character lands near the finish, though the aftertaste is largely still fudgy with lingering vanilla and a hint of boozy bite.
Mouthfeel - Full-bodied with low carbonation. Smooth, creamy texture before a dry, warming and slightly sticky finish.
Overall - Tasty. Very much a brownie experience. Some booziness but not unexpected for the high ABV.

Chocolate-y stout aromatics on this one. It's not too boozy at 12.5% ABV and doesn't get too thick or syrupy as it warms. Taste follows with great depth and lingering chocolate brownie finish. It is very smooth!
