Clear golden amber brew with plently of foam in the Affligem chalice. Mouthfilling and tangy with that fruity note. Distinct estery aroma with pleasant yeasty taste. Nice flavors of wheat and pear with some herbal notes and a dry finish. Just slightly bitter. Seems like a better than average Saison to me. From the 16 oz can purchased in the Southland at the beer specialty store. Quite fresh with 06/24/21 packaging date.
