16oz can, painted label. Bottom lip has the stamp of '04/07/25'.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Brief lasting one finger white colored head, which results in small islands and a full ring. No lacing.
Aroma of wheat malt mixed with semi-sweet grapefruit (peel).
Taste is tangy but also has some citrus sweetness. Earthy coriander spice. Flavor of grapefruit, said to be from the addition of grapefruit peel. Low bitterness. All flavors continue in the extended aftertaste, although it gets more earthy and grainy.
Medium mouthfeel. Clean and crisp finish. Okay carbonation.
Thirst quencher with citrus and coriander flavors that meld well with the tangy wheat malt.

Nice taste, a little sour which is great. Not sweet.

Nice light wheat ale. Crisp, I tasted orange, but that’s not listed in the ingredients, just grapefruit and coriander. Great summertime beer. You could have three or four to quench your thirst, and it wouldn’t weigh you down.

Quite nice palette wheat. The feel - wheat fluff with prickly carbonation - rolls flavors of lemony/grapefruit citrus and light spice over the tongue. Refreshing and easy to drink, deserves to be a quencher on hot summer days.

I loved this beer! I wish I could have found this in the summer. This is the best citrus ale I’ve had in a long time. The grapefruit is so pronounced and adds a wonderful bitterness as well as a bit of sweetness. The balance is perfect for me. The feel of this beer is crisp and light, you can definitely have more than one.

T - The taste is lemon, grapefruit, orange peel, crackers malt and some light earthy hops.
M - Medium/light body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.

Decent thirst-quencher, but not a memorable ale.
Looks good when poured, but after a quick fade there is not much to admire.
Smells like a fruity ale, but not a power nose pleaser.
Tastes better, more citrus than the nose said was coming. Cleansing.
Bubbles make it refreshing.
An accomplished brewer for only having this company for more than a handful of years. Website indicates the typical Michigan rah-ray about their beer. But it's all good clean fun. A taproom with a decent menu that could qualify it as a gastro-pub.
