Cloudy golden straw colored pour with a small white head. Light fruity and funky aroma. Light bodied with a lot of carbonation. Flavor has a light peach taste upfront backed by a hint of grain. Can also taste some yeast and a very light sour fruit flavor develops as the beer warms.

Batch 4 bottled 7/11/16 consumed 3/10/18. Pour to snifter, near still, straw clear color with light sediment, cloud when poured fast, no head or lacing. Bright peachy nose. Light body and mild lactic tartness with a dry peach flavor. Some creaminess on the finish. Very low carbonation.
