Aroma is rich with a balanced combination of caramel, bourbon, vanilla, alcohol esters, dates, figs, and plums.
Flavor is more bourbon forward, and it lingers throughout. Alcohol heat combines well with and counters the sweetness of dates, raisins, and plums, and somehow notes of banana surface, lingering into the finish. Toasted oak dries out the finish.
