Pours cranberry color with a reddish head. Nice sweetness on the nose. Tart too on nose. To me I get a lot of lime with a sweetness of the pomegranate coming through softly.

Great minds think alike. And when the two brewing minds of Blue Stallion and Ethereal come together, a fantastic beer is born just in time for Lexington's Craft Beer Week 2018. A pomegranate, lime and hibiscus gose shows no lacking in creativity, complexity nor intrigue.
Coming with the opaque and matte finish appearance of mauve, lavender and peach, a creamy eggshell froth builds while the overwhelming fruit aromas are berry-like, citrusy, cider-like and winey. Simple sweetness, creaminess and soft spice aligns on the tongue like fruit smoothies with hints of pastry, sourdough and saltwater taffy.
Like a gose on steroids, the natural apple and lime character is heightened with added actual lime flavor along with a rich pomegranate, cranberry, raspberry taste. Still tart with crabapple, lemon and sparkling white wine, the taste flirts dangerously close with wine cooler before an herbal and floral late palate of hibiscus, citronella, orange peel and faint grassiness trend tart, tangy and playfully acidic.
Medium bodied but quite full for gose, the lingering fruit sweetness and bready starchiness keeps the ale creamy, textural and weighted. Soothing hints of vanilla and cream soften the tepid sourness while a medium short aftertaste of macerated berries and sangria come with brief echoes.
