Showing that they are much more than just German beer, Blue Stallion flexes their hoppy muscles in a hazy, fruity and bitter IPA.
Pouring reasonably hazy and glowing golden-straw, Infinite Wave builds a creamy white froth and a billowing scent of citrus, tropical and soft herb with a crisp cereal sweetness close behind. Its bursting fruity flavor invites the character of orange, white grapefruit and lime as its zesty hops transition from floral fruitiness to more juicy fruit flavor. Passionfruit, pineapple and papaya roll onto the tastebuds next before trending pleasantly bitter with green tea, fresh spruce and lemon balm.
Medium bodied and finishing crisper than usual, the malty-dry ale closes with a medium-long aftertaste of citrus peel, fine herb and soft cereal sweetness

All the typical attributes of a hazy ipa. Orange color with cloudy appearance. Pine/citrus flavors and nose. Nothing overly done. Not enough bitterness for me.
