In full celebration of the Nectaron hop variety, Blue Stallion weaves these stone fruit flavors into a wheated IPA for a juicy kick on a traditional IPA taste.
Pouring a near clear copper color, Hops and Vine IPA builds a light and lofty white froth with the billowing scent of peach that drifts across accompanying citrus, tropical fruit and botanical herb. A fairly mild sweetness of bread, toast, honey and caramel link together for a crisp malt upstart before the hops chime in. Radiant with flavors of orange, mango, peach, apricot and pink grapefruit, the hops prove juicy and bright in their fruit display. Trending crisp and bitter, the late taste flows with an herbal bite of tea leaf, verbena, spruce, balsa and peppery grasses.
Medium bodied and trending dry, the IPA brings a classic American IPA balance to the future of hops and recipe formulation.
