Pale golden blonde colour, 2 fingers of white head, good lace. Smell is fruity with a great deal of apple, funky, lemon rind acidity. taste is full of apple juice and clean grainy flavours, slight bitterness, long fruity apple aftertaste, like a saison blended with cider, a light sweetness as well. Medium carbonation, medium bodied. Quite nice and fairly unique, much better than Edna in terms of apple beers from 4W

Pours a pale golden. Lively billowing head. Lots of aroma of apple, honey and biscuit. Quite prickly, highly carbonated. Flavours of honey malt, apple and silky oats. Finishes slightly dry and fruity

Very light body, good carbonation, shows some lace.
Bubble gum, spice and tropical fruit in the aroma... A bit of cider as the esters fade. Cider certainly comes through in the flavour.
