Bottle: Poured a red color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of light cherry notes with some tart notes and light funky undertones. Taste is also a mix of tart cherry notes with light funky undertones with minimal residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting but lacking balance.

Very horse farmhouse. Cherry only minimally coming through. Not so drinkable. Thinnish, but thanks for hookup Brian. Something very Beta from this brewery.

Hazy blonde with shaving cream. 4.25
Lemon zest and cheese rind. 4
Cream of Wheat, lemon rind, slight vinegar, Bretty feta cheese, and mild herb. 4.25
Super creamy, light+, round. 4.25
Dead smooth. Very gentle Brett, too. No blossoms, though. Way overachieves for what I’ve come to expect from Four Winds. 4.25
