Our flagship New England Style IPA, this dank IPA is brewed with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Citra hops, giving citrus notes and a nice hazy body.

Had Sip Sip Pass at Frothy Beard Off World Brewery and Taproom (so named although beers are brewed at Charleston location), Summerville, SC, twice on draft into (almost) tulip.
Pours orange-juicy hazy gold with 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, pulling splotchy, etched Belgian lace down the glass. Aromas of mild hop resin, a little malt and some muted citrus rind off pour, then some lime aroma, with bitter herbals and even pepper aroma initially taking over as warms, before some pineapple aroma and finally a little berry aroma shows. On tasting, begins herbally crisp, sweetly citrus--particularly orange--but also very piney, then some pineapple, with a little berry as warms, before a drying, crisp, herbal, piney and even peppery, but still sticky, finish.
Promising juicy aromas and (early) flavors, even suggesting the tropical, but it all turns a bit bitter, rather dry and (surprisingly) somewhat spicy.
